Six key things you need to know before reading the full terms
Timu99 services are available only to individuals aged 18 and above. Identity verification (KYC) is required before the first withdrawal is made.
All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set. Withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes after verification is complete.
All bonuses are subject to the stated wagering (rollover) requirements. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirements have been fully met.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one timu99 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and all balances and bonuses within them may be forfeited.
Any attempt to manipulate the system, use automated software, or exploit technical errors is strictly prohibited and will be subject to action.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and timu99 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any timu99 services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the Terms set out below.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended and your balance forfeited.
Warning: Providing false information during registration is a serious violation of these Terms. timu99 reserves the right to withhold all balances and reject any withdrawals if identity fraud is proven.
Each individual is only permitted to own and operate one timu99 account. This includes members of the same household and individuals sharing the same device or IP address. Should timu99 detect more than one account belonging to an individual, all duplicate accounts will be immediately suspended and all balances, wins, and bonuses within them may be fully forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login details. Never share your login credentials with any other party. timu99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
Identity verification (KYC) is required before the first withdrawal is made. Accepted documents include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or valid driving licence. The KYC process is typically completed in under 10 minutes on business days.
You may close your account at any time by contacting the timu99 support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances may be withdrawn subject to the applicable withdrawal policy. Bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Timu99 supports a variety of deposit methods including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Online, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account within minutes upon bank confirmation.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method. These limits may be updated from time to time and the latest limits will be displayed on the platform's deposit page. VIP Members enjoy higher deposit limits subject to their membership tier.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 to 30 minutes after KYC verification is complete. All withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances that require an alternative method.
The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per transaction. The daily maximum limit depends on the member's account tier and VIP status. Withdrawals exceeding certain limits may require additional verification by the timu99 finance team for security purposes.
timu99 member funds are held separately from the company's operational funds in a protected fiduciary account. This ensures your money is always safe and accessible at any time without unnecessary delays.
All bonuses and promotions offered by timu99 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. Welcome bonuses are only available to new members making their first deposit. Members who open a new account solely to claim a bonus will be considered to be abusing the system.
Each bonus received carries a rollover (wagering requirement) that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made. Rollover requirements typically range from 5x to 20x the value of the bonus received, depending on the promotion type. All bonuses have a limited validity period. Unused bonuses or unmet rollover requirements within the specified period will be automatically forfeited without any compensation. timu99 is not responsible for any bonuses that expire due to Member negligence.
Timu99 employs advanced detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through hedge betting, multiple account usage, or other fraudulent methods will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and winnings, as well as account closure.
All bets placed on the timu99 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Members are responsible for ensuring all bet details are correct before confirming. timu99 will not accept any request to cancel or modify a confirmed bet, except in cases of clear technical error on the part of the platform.
In the event of a significant error in odds display due to technical or human error, timu99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the Member. Wins obtained based on clearly incorrect odds will not be paid out.
All valid wins will be automatically credited to the Member's account as soon as the match or game result is confirmed. For sports betting, payouts are made based on official results declared by the relevant governing body.
Timu99 sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each game type and market. These limits may vary by bet type, event, and Member account level. timu99 also reserves the right to set maximum win limits for any market at the platform's discretion.
Timu99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if a Member is found to have committed any of the following:
In cases of suspension due to fraud or serious violations, timu99 reserves the right to withhold all balances, wins, and bonuses in the relevant account while an investigation is carried out. timu99's decision is final.
Timu99 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and strives to maintain a continuous, stable, and secure service. However, timu99 makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or data loss under all circumstances.

Continued use of the timu99 platform after any changes to the Terms take effect will be considered your acceptance of the amended terms. If you disagree with any changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any eligible balance before the new terms come into effect.
